Nouveaux bois Cornilleau Gauzy Quest et Calderano Foco

Dernier retour avant de rendre ce Quest ALL+ après un match hier soir.
Difficile de juger car le niveau n’était pas le niveau attendu (7-5-5 au lieu de 10-9-7)
Mais toujours un énorme contrôle en RV.
En CD, presque tous mes topspins ont été sur la table et placé.
Lundi soir, teste de mon Aero OFF- avec les mêmes plaques pour savoir si je le garde ou change pour un Quest ALL+.

Encore merci à @Cornilleau et @Ponginator pour nous permettre de tester ces produits de qualité.

Je peux, même si je ne les ai jamais confrontés en direct live.
Pour moi, le Gatien Glory off a un équilibre plus dans le manche et un ressenti moins dur que le Gauzy. Le Quest catapulte plus et de ce fait, je trouve le contrôle en retrait. Je pense que le Glory est le plus rapide des deux.
Les amateurs de bois légers à sensations se régaleront avec la nouveauté Cornilleau tandis que le Glory, qui a un look plus passe-partout mais aussi un comportement plus évident, s’adressent avec son budget mais aussi une finition supérieurs aux pongistes en recherche d’un “classique”. Pour moi, le Glory est le “Stiga Offensive NCT” de Cornilleau.

Hi ponginator, it is ok. I would love to ask for your opinion. As I am intend to get one of the new Cornilleau blade, then saw Dan review and this great forum. I am not sure which to go for. I am interested in simon gauzy off & hugo off+ design but worry too stiff and hard to control. I am a all-round looping players who used carbon 3+2ply last time but feel to try wood blade to correct my playing style after stop for sometimes. Hope to hear from your professional opinion. Thanks :slight_smile:

Gauzy Quest all+ isn’t too slow and looping is easier versus Calderano Foco off-. So I would recommend the first (and nicer :wink: ) one.
Quest off and Foco off+ are for advanced players who need hardness and high speed level or short pips users who appreciate stiffness.

@Ponginator Thanks and does it have great power for mid table looping. I was little bit worry don’t have the carBon kick in for mid table play. What about hugo off -? I intend to paste MXP for forehand and Target Pro Gt M43 for backhand. Would like to hear from your opinion. Last but not least where to get it from? :hugs:

This blades are light. The lightest for better control and the heavier for max power. You juste have to choose ! :sunglasses:

In germany some recently Germany league match, someone managed to take a picture of Hugo Calderano latest blade…Guess what rubber is he use for his backhand?:scream::scream::scream:Target Ultim, is it an old sheet which hardly find nowadays? Anyone use before?
